STREET SALE PERMITS
During Reykjavik Culture Night, all food trucks will be located in Aðalstræti and in Fógetagarður. No new street sale permits will be granted. Only those with an annual street sale permit may apply to the Department of Environment and Planning for a street sale permit for Reykjavik Culture Night. All street sales without a permit are prohibited. Permit-holders for street sales during Reykjavik Culture Night must be able to present their permit to the Police, upon request.
ALCOHOL LICENCE
We encourage restaurants, cafés and bars to extend their service to the streets and help us create an outdoor atmosphere during Reykjavik Culture Night. Those who plan to do so need to bear in mind that they must have the relevant licence from the Public Health Authority.
NOISE
The city is in a festive mood during Reykjavik Culture Night, during which live music performances and events can be expected on all street corners. We kindly ask all participants and guests to be considerate to one another and not to play music above legal noise limits.
All Reykjavik Culture Night events end at 11pm.
